Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 48 business hours of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping times
Standard shipping within the United States takes 5 to 10 business days after processing. We ship to all 50 states. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume.


Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@gntlmn.club.


Lost or delayed orders
Please allow up to 12 business days from your shipping confirmation before reaching out about a delayed order. If your order has not arrived by then, contact us at info@gntlmn.club and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.


Returns
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your purchase date at info@gntlmn.club and we will process a full refund. No return is required for opened or used products.
For unopened and unused products, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase. Return shipping for unopened items is the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once your refund request has been received and processed. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
